How heavy are the windows?

A 24”x36” window varies depending on thickness from 4-5lbs for 0.125”/0.145” and 8-9lbs for 0.236”/0.250” thicknesses. Our 36”x48” sheet are double those weights. All weights are pre-packaging materials.

How does the product ship?

The products ship via ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available. Sheets are shipped in a tri-fold compression box.

Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns of products in new/unused/uncut condition with the protective paper on the product in resalable condition. Buyers are responsible for the safe return and shipping costs.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at sales@laserprotection.com and we will work to rectify the situation as quickly and easily as possible.

How do I know if my order has been received? Has shipped?

On receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email indicating the order is in our system for processing. Upon shipment, we will send shipping information and a tracking number will be included. A certificate of compliance can be shipped with the product, emailed to the main contact to a third party as you prefer.

Can you expedite shipping?

Yes. An option is available for expedited service at time of ordering for a $125 fee per sheet.

Can you ship via my shipping account directly?

If you have an account with us we can, if ordering via the web site, the shipping is free for standard delivery service.
